David Morgan will graduate from Alton High School in 2025. Describing himself as comedic, logical, and sometimes likes to come across as a know-it-all. David has embraced his school years with a mix of humor and realism.
As a child, he dreamed of becoming a doctor, but now his goal is to find a career that allows him to support himself and others. After high school, he plans to either join the military or enter the workforce. His favorite classes, Government, Psychology and Sociology, have shaped his perspective on the world.
Outside of school, David enjoys building model kits and diving into true crime cases, both solved and unsolved. Though he hasn’t participated in clubs or sports, he’s made great memories with his first game night being a standout moment. Looking back, he wishes he had been more focused and less of a troublemaker in his younger years.
David’s bucket list is full of adventure—skydiving or bungee jumping, witnessing a volcanic eruption, and seeing the Northern Lights. In ten years, he hopes to be in a good place (and, as he jokes, “not in prison”). His proudest achievement is having a decent GPA.
Above all, David admires his parents for their patience and dedication in raising their family. As he steps into the future, he’s ready to take on whatever challenges come his way.
