Mrs. Janet Brewer traveled to Rolla for the Missouri S & T "Expanding Your Horizons" STEM day with 14 junior high girls. The STEM girl event was designed so students may better understand some of the many career choices utilizing S.T.E.M. areas: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. After an inspiring morning keynote presentation, students participated in two workshops, had lunch and then were provided afternoon entertainment and a closing address.
