Your creativity truly made our library look spook-tacular. 👏However, as we head into the final days of fall, some of the pumpkins are starting to show signs of rot. If your child’s pumpkin is on display, please be sure to pick it up soon!

The Alton High School FCCLA will host a Veterans Day Brunch at 11:00 p.m. on November 11th, 2024, followed by a Veterans Day Assembly hosted by the Alton High School FBLA at 1:00 p.m.

For Red Ribbon Week at Alton JH/HS, today's theme was "Dress Like Your Favorite Teacher" day! We had many look-a-likes! One especially stood out as our own JH teacher, Mrs. Molly Burnett chose to honor her former teacher and now colleague, Mr. Robert Kreutzer. We are thankful that teachers continue to make bonds with students that can last into adulthood!

Meet your Alton Comets on November 8th. The event begins with a senior class lead meal at 5 pm, followed by a 3-point contest, and scrimmages from your Comet Basketball players. The night ends with a dessert auction starting around 7 pm benefiting the basketball programs.

Exciting news from Alton Elementary! Our new book vending machine is officially up and running, and our students are loving it! It's wonderful to see the joy on their faces as they choose their very own books to take home and read. Our goal is to help every child find the joy of reading, one book at a time!
Mrs. Holesapple's 3rd grade class would like to thank Young's Produce for purchasing every student in the class a book at our recent book fair.
