In honor of National School Bus Safety Week we want to acknowledge our transportation department. In a recent bus inspection by the Missouri Highway Patrol our district received the Total Fleet Excellence Award for 100% of our buses passing a very detailed inspection. Thank you to Jerry Granger and our bus drivers for making sure our students are riding on the safest buses possible!

We will be submitting clipped Box Tops next week. If you have clipped any traditional Box Tops, please send them to school by Friday, October 25. Also, don't forget to download the new Box Tops app. Thank you for supporting our school!

This week, October 21-25, is both National School Bus Safety Week and Bus Driver Appreciation Week! Take some time to thank our bus drivers for all they do. They carry our most precious cargo and we are so thankful for them.

PRUDENTIAL SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY AWARDS: students in grades 5-12 who have engaged in a volunteer activity that occurred during the 12 months prior to the date of the application should apply. Awards can be given from a local honoree level to distinguished finalists to state honorees to national honorees. Our school will review all applications and then select and certify the top candidates for state level judging. You may apply at https://aim.applyISTS.net/spirit.
